Six students participated in the annual Speak Up — Act Out Drama Competition on 3rd March 2025 (Monday). They were:

The competition has a different theme every year. This year, each team was given an action and a place, and ours was ‘Climb’ and ‘Amah Rock’ – the famous rock in Hong Kong bearing the shape of a mother with a baby on her back. The team received their prompt just two weeks ahead of the competition, and they immediately set to work, coming up with their original script and practising every day after school. Their hard work paid off: the team clinched three significant awards: they came SECOND in the competition as well as won the AUDIENCE Award, and Adem Ng of 5A also won the SUPERSTAR (Best Actor) Award with his captivating performance. It was a proud moment for the team, as their effort was recognised by both the adjudicators and the audience.
