2014-07-11   2014 English Public Speaking Contest held by HKBU

On July 11, 2014, Wendy Mcleod (5R) and Naeem Shahryar (5I) participated in the 2014 English Public Speaking Contest organized by the Hong Kong Baptist University. Over 200 semi-finalists participated in the contest, which was a huge success. The contest has proven to be a valuable learning experience for our students. Furthermore, the training offered prior to the contest has equipped them with valuable communication and leadership skills. Both students displayed exceptional poise and courage in front of the large audience of the contest. As a result, Wendy won the Championship and Naeem obtained the Certificate of Merit at the Grand Final. Congratulations. Click here for more photos / video.
