In order to let students learn and explore outside classroom and promote team spirit and creativity, the Mathematics Department organized the Mathematics Afternoon with various activities on March 13. This year, the activities and the winners for different forms were as follows: S1: A Trail to Percentage. 1C (Champion), 1E (1st runner-up) S2: A Journey to Exploration. 2C S3/4: Bet on your Schoolmates S4/5: M1/M2 Statistical Talk The Overall Champion went to the Yellow House. In addition, S1 and S2 students also participated in the Calculator Usage Competition and the Mental Calculation Competition respectively during lunch time. 1J, 2I and 2R were the winners of the competitions. Students found the activities interesting, meaningful and fun. S4 and S5 M1/M2 students also found the talk very helpful. Click here for more photos / video.
