To enhance parents’ understanding of their child’s progress at school and promote effective family-school partnerships, the College hosted a Parents’ Evening for parents of S4 to S6 students on Friday, November 20. The event consists of two parts. One part is a briefing focusing on issues concerning students’ learning and further studies / employment, e.g. common problems encountered by senior students in their studies, students’ performance in the First Term Uniform Test, ways to help them to prepare well for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), multiple pathways for HKDSE students, etc. The other part involves meeting of parents with class teachers for sharing of ideas and opinions.
