The Inter-House Science Cup Competition, “DLKP’s Got Science Talent”, was organized by the Science & ICT Department for all S1 – S5 students on 11 March 2016. The aims of this competition were to enhance students’ creativity, critical thinking skills, collaboration skills, problem solving skills and communication skills. The competition also provided students opportunities to learn science concepts and skills in an interesting way. In the first session, students from each House were given eight minutes to convey a scientific concept of their own choice with the use of multimedia or props. In the second session, they were given two minutes to solve a science problem with the materials provided. In the last session, they were required to answer some cool science questions. Students enjoyed the competition very much and Red House won the Science Cup! Click here for more photos / video.
