The College’s Guidance and Counseling (G&C) Team organizes the ‘Peer Counseling Scheme’ every year, which aims at cultivating a caring and supportive school atmosphere by having senior form students mentoring S1 students. In order to equip the new peer counselors with the attitude and skills to be successful mentors, an overnight training camp was held on 24th-25th September, 2016 at Tai Mei Tuk Bradbury Jockey Club Youth Hostel. The theme of this year’s camp is ‘be a light’. Through various activities such as game design, night walk, campfire and sharing session, the new peer counselors learnt about how to be a loving and caring mentor. All of the participants had a good time at the camp and they benefited a lot from that experience. Click here for more photos / video.
