2017-03-02   Visit to The Samaritan Befrienders Hong Kong

As part of our moral and civic education, the Skyteen Community Service Club of our College arranged for students to visit “The Samaritan Befrienders Hong Kong” on March 2. During the visit, students got a better understanding of the suicidal situation in Hong Kong. They also learnt more about the important role of the organization’s volunteers, who have all received professional training and provide much-needed counseling service for the distressed.

 

The visit was a rewarding experience for our students. Not only did they learn to treasure life, but they also got inspired to show love and care for those in need.
