To nurture students’ positive values and attitudes and develop their potential in sports, the College’s Health and Physical Education Department has always encouraged students to take part in a wide variety of sports activities. From May 29 to June 1, three training sessions on wall climbing were organized for S1 students at our College. The activity offered a physical and mental challenge to the students, who were encouraged to step out of their comfort zone and go beyond their limits. Students also developed discipline and collaborative skills by working closely together as a team.
All the students enjoyed this challenging but exciting activity. It is hoped that upon completion of this adventure-based activity, students could build up their self-confidence and develop perseverance in the face of challenges.
