On March 30, the College’s Visual Arts Department arranged for some students to take part in the “Riding High Together for a World Record – Most People Painting Figurines” activity, organized by the Hong Kong Jockey Club as part of the “Riding High Together Festival 2018”.

On that day, students learnt to design and paint on horse figurines under the guidance of renowned local artist Mr Ken Tang, together with nearly a thousand students from other schools. We are glad that our students played a part in successfully setting a Guinness World Record for “Most People Painting Figurines”. Their artwork will be on display for the public to see at Shatin Racecourse in April.

It was really a valuable experience for our students. Apart from having fun, students also had an opportunity to showcase their creativity and artistic talents.
