Champion of the SCMP Young Post Writing Competition Brain Game 2022

We are delighted to announce that our student Tanvi Suman from Class 6A won the writing competition Brain Game organized by the SCMP Young Post.

The competition lasted for three months from September to November, during which 10 contestants were eliminated one by one based on a combination of readers’ votes and Young Post Editors’ picks. After nine competitive rounds, Tanvi won the readers’ hearts with her evocative and characterful writing. In the last round, her entry which promotes fictional character Percy Jackson as a youth representative to encourage young people to be brave in facing obstacles in life resonated with the voters. Her creative work also received very positive comments from the Editors. As the champion, Tanvi will receive a Fujifilm Instax mini LiPlay Camera, a Kindle, a JBL Clip4 Wireless Speaker, and a Young Post certificate.
