As part of its effort to promote environmental protection, the College encourages participants of study tours to join the FLY Greener Carbon Offset Programme launched by Cathay Pacific. Through the programme, participants are offered the opportunity to purchase "carbon offsets" to cover carbon dioxide emissions from their flights. All the money paid will go directly to the running of the projects that reduce or prevent carbon dioxide emissions, such as those focused on renewable energy. In 2014/15, about 70% of our student participants purchased the "carbon offsets". We would like to say thank you to the participants for supporting green lifestyle.
