To arouse students’ interest in Mathematics and enhance their logical thinking skills, the Mathematics Department arranged for S4 and S5 students taking Mathematics Extended Modules to attend the talk “Re Union in Mathematics”. The talk was held at St. Paul’s College on December 19, 2016. It was jointly conducted by Ms Salina Yuen, Head of our Mathematics Department, Mr Jasper Tsang Yok-sing, GBS, JP, who was a former Mathematics teacher, as well as other experienced educators. During the talk, the speakers shared with students their experience and insight in learning Mathematics. The talk not only expanded students’ horizons in Mathematics, but also provided an opportunity for experience sharing with teachers and students from other schools.
