2017-03-21 Acappella Performance by “Drums of War”
To arouse students’ interest in music and enhance their appraising abilities, the College has always encouraged students to watch live music performance. On March 21, we were delighted to have invited “Drums of War”, the acappella group who won the 2015 Vocal Australia AUSACA Championships, to come to our College and give a performance for junior form students.
During the lunch-time mini concert, the school hall was filled with hop-hop, R&B and rap music, as well as students’ applause. The concert came to a climax when two students were invited to go on stage and join in a jam session with the vocal band. It was a relaxing afternoon for all amid the hectic school days.
