The College’s Careers Team has arranged for some S5 non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students to join the “Multicultural Dream Pursuit Project”, organized by Caritas Youth and Community Service. The project aims at providing NCS students with career-related information and a variety of career experiences so that they can make an informed choice with regard to their future career development. Training sessions, careers visits, job shadowing and mentorship were arranged for participants so as to facilitate their careers and life planning.
The project has successfully come to an end and an Award Presentation Ceremony was held on March 17, during which appreciation certificates were presented to outstanding students in recognition of their efforts and achievements. All participating students found the programme a beneficial experience as they had an opportunity to explore the various pathways available and thus be better prepared to plan their future ahead.
