2020-11-27   The Sovereign Art Foundation Students Prize, Hong Kong 2020

We are delighted to report that Louise Wan from 6W had her artwork shortlisted for the Sovereign Art Foundation Students Prize, Hong Kong 2020.

The Sovereign Art Foundation Students Prize was established in Hong Kong in 2012 with an aim to inspire and reward talented young artists in the community. All submitted artworks were adjudicated online by a judging panel of art professionals, who shortlisted up to 20 finalists. Louise’s painting, together with the artworks of other finalists, was exhibited during the Fine Art Asia from 27 to 30 November at the Hong Kong Convention Exhibition Centre, where the judges attended a second round of voting in person to select the winning artist.

It was a truly valuable learning experience for Louise to be shortlisted for this prestigious art award, and to have the opportunity to learn from other budding artists and broaden her horizons

in Arts.

Congratulations to Louise for her outstanding achievement!
