Congratulations to Dexter Loo (2S) who was the 1st Runner-up among 100 competitors aged 12-16 in the 9th Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival 2012 held in Malaysia. He also was the 1st Runner-up in the 6th Hong Kong Inter-school Harmonica Competition (Advanced level) organized by the Hong Kong Harmonica Music Center.
