On 28th August, all teachers from our College took part in a Professional Development Trip to Shenzhen, focusing on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and their applications in education.
During the visit, our teaching team toured local AI industrial parks and educational technology organisations, gaining first-hand exposure to cutting-edge AI education products and solutions. Teachers also engaged in in-depth discussions with mainland experts, exploring how AI can be effectively integrated into classroom instruction, promote student self-directed learning, and enhance overall teaching effectiveness. In addition, through industry case studies, teachers gained valuable insights into how AI is being applied across various sectors, broadening their understanding of technological development.
The trip was both informative and inspiring, equipping our teachers with fresh ideas and practical knowledge to support the future adoption of AI-enhanced teaching and learning in our College.
